For years, I moved for others, sacrificed my dreams, and questioned if I even had the right to choose me. Even with my boutique, Theory of Gaia, I poured into others while neglecting myself.
Then everything changed. I moved to Italy, closed my business, and felt lost. No direction, no identity. That’s when I realized: I had never truly prioritized myself.
